How to use our Gallery online shop

 

Click on a category or artist name in the menu on the left to see what we currently have available for sale in our online shop. Click on an item for more details and full pictures. Click on 'Add to cart' if you would like to buy and this will be placed in your shopping cart ready for check out and payment. You can view your shopping cart at any time buy clicking on the cart icon at the top of any page.

 

For your peace of mind our secure checkout is operated by PayPal. Once you click either the 'PayPal' or 'Checkout' button in your shopping cart, you will be re-directed to the PayPal website to complete your purchase securely. You may pay either by PayPal if you have an account, or by debit or credit card if you prefer.

No payment or personal details are collected by, or stored on this website. PayPal will confirm payment and provide delivery address details to us via their website.

 

By making a purchase from our online shop we will assume that you agree to our terms and conditions which can be read by clicking here.

 

During the Coronavirus situation, orders may take slightly longer to arrive than normal as we are not in the gallery everyday and postal / courier services are not guaranteeing their normal times. We will email customers to acknowledge receipt of orders and to advise of expected dispatch dates, thank you for your patience and understanding during these uncertain times.

 

 

Buy online and collect from the Gallery

 

If you would prefer to buy online and collect from the gallery instead of having your purchase delivered, we are now able to offer this alternative service.

 

Currently, the prices shown in our online shop include the cost of packing and shipping to an address within the UK, if you choose to use our 'Gallery collection' option we will refund the cost of delivery paid in your purchase back to you once you have collected it.

 

So that we know you wish to collect, you will need to select 'Gallery collection' as your shipping option in the shopping cart and complete your purchase.

 

Once your order is ready to collect, we will contact you by email to arrange a date and time for you to do so. The shipping cost paid will then be refunded back to you.

 

When the gallery is closed to visitors, we will arrange for collections to be made safely at a mutually convenient time should Covid-19 guidelines allow.
