How to order
Browse our website, choose the products you want to purchase and click on the 'add to cart' button. Click on 'Continue Shopping' to keep browsing the site. When you have finished shopping click on the 'Checkout' button to proceed to the checkout. We use the PayPal secure checkout to process our online sales, this lets you check and confirm your order, confirm your chosen delivery address, and allows you to pay using your PayPal account or your debit or credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. Should you not wish to purchase online, you are able to pay by debit card, credit card or AmEx by telephoning the Hayrack Gallery between 10am - 5pm, on 01327 342780. If your card is declined at our checkout you will not be able to continue the ordering process. You are advised to contact your card issuing bank to find out why the transaction was declined. Only your bank can tell you this, we are not given this information, nor can we find out the reason the transaction was declined for you.
Order confirmation from us
When you have completed an order and gone through checkout, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been successfully received. We suggest you keep this email until you have received your goods and you are happy with them. Once the goods have been despatched we will email you again.
Canceling your order
You can cancel your order providing we have not dispatched the goods to you. If you need to cancel an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting details of your order. If the items have already been despatched please follow the advice in our ‘Returns Policy’ section.
Where we deliver to
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery is included the prices shown on this website. For all other destinations there will be additional delivery charges to add to the prices shown, please contact us by email or telephone for full details.
Shipping and returns
All prices stated on the website are inclusive of postage (charges for postage will be shown as a separate amount in the description of each item for sale) and are subject to change without notice. Whilst we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for all of our smaller items, we use a parcel carrier for larger/heavier items, we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally despatch your order to you within 2 - 3 business days, and will advise you if an item is out of stock and give you the option of either an alternative item, or cancelling your order. If you live outside the UK, then please email us first with details of your location so we can calculate your shipping costs.
Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible either by email or telephone. If your order has not been despatched we will cancel your order and refund all monies paid once they have been credited to our PayPal account.
If your order has been despatched, please contact us within 7 days of you receiving your order to confirm you wish to return it. If you have simply changed your mind, we will refund your purchase price in full once it has been credited to our PayPal account, and been safely returned to us, please bear in mind that you are responsible for the safe return of all items to us when re-packing. The cost of the return postage to us will not be refunded in these cases, and for your peace of mind we would suggest using Royal Mail recorded delivery service as this can be tracked and includes adequate insurance for any lost items.
Damaged or faulty items
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your PayPal account once we have received and processed the returned items, and any monies you have paid have been credited to our PayPal account. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.

You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund.
